Order Cancellation
Orders cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a refund as the food may already be prepared.
Refund for Online Payments
For orders paid online via Razorpay, eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For UPI payments, refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
Quality Concerns
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of food received, please contact us immediately at 9611194555 (call or WhatsApp) with your order details. We will either provide a replacement meal or a full refund at our discretion.
Subscription Plans
For subscription plan holders, days can be skipped with at least 24 hours advance notice. Skipped days will be adjusted in the next billing cycle. Subscription cancellations require 3 days advance notice.
